Scope & Acceptance
1.1. These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the ApiSeller Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated through ApiSeller.com by Hedora Media LTD (“ApiSeller”, “we”, “us”). An individual or business participating in the Program is referred to as an “Affiliate” (“you”).
1.2. The Program lets Affiliates introduce new customers using their personal referral links and earn commissions on those customers’ genuine paid account balance top-ups under these Terms. It is not a commission on individual service orders or an offer of guaranteed income.
1.3. Enrollment and continued participation signify acceptance of these Terms, as permitted by applicable law and the Program’s electronic acceptance process. The Program also operates alongside ApiSeller’s general account terms, privacy information and applicable website rules. Where rules deal specifically with affiliate commissions, these Affiliate Terms describe the Program.
Eligibility & Enrollment
2.1. Participation is free. There is no joining fee, required upfront deposit, or mandatory service purchase to qualify as an Affiliate.
2.2. Participants must be legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement. Where age requirements apply, an individual must meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Business participants must be properly authorized to act for their organization.
2.3. Affiliates must supply accurate account and contact information and keep it current. Duplicate, impersonated, unauthorized, or misleading accounts may be refused or reviewed. Accounts and affiliate privileges must not be sold or transferred without ApiSeller’s written permission.
2.4. ApiSeller may review applications and participation for genuine compliance, security, fraudulent activity, payment risk or legal requirements. Participation may be declined or limited for legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law. Acceptance does not make the Affiliate an employee, agent, franchisee or authorized spokesperson of ApiSeller.
Referral Links & Attribution
3.1. An Affiliate receives a unique referral link within the affiliate workspace. A referred customer must register as a new ApiSeller user through that link and be attributed to the Affiliate by ApiSeller’s tracking records.
3.2. An existing user cannot be reassigned retroactively by clicking or visiting a referral link later. A visit or click alone does not guarantee referral attribution, commission or customer registration.
3.3. There is no general cap on genuine referred customers. A properly attributed referral relationship is lifetime while the applicable customer account and Affiliate’s Program eligibility remain valid; commissions are not limited to the first top-up.
3.4. Attribution is subject to technical operation, lawful tracking mechanisms and validation. Forced clicks, manipulated tracking, artificial registrations and other attempts to manufacture attribution are invalid. Lifetime referral status does not guarantee repeat payments or uninterrupted earnings.
Commission Rates & Calculation
4.1. The standard Affiliate commission rate is 2%. An individually agreed rate may apply where expressly configured for an Affiliate account; the account’s displayed commission rate and any written custom agreement govern that account.
4.2. Commission is calculated on each genuine, paid balance top-up made by a validly attributed referred customer. The customer does not need to spend those funds on services before the commission can be calculated.
4.3. Payment processing charges borne by ApiSeller do not reduce the paid top-up amount used for the standard commission calculation. A genuine paid top-up qualifies regardless of supported payment method, subject to verification and the other provisions of these Terms.
4.4. Gift balances, promotional credits, bonus funds, free campaign credits and any funds not supported by a genuine customer payment do not generate Affiliate commissions.
Example: A referred customer pays $1,000 into their ApiSeller balance. At the standard 2% rate, the Affiliate earns $20 commission. If the customer makes another genuine paid top-up later, it can generate another commission. This is an illustration, not a guarantee of future earnings.
Refunds, Reversals & Adjustments
5.1. A payment that is fully or partly refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated can lead to a corresponding commission adjustment or cancellation.
5.2. For a partial refund, the adjustment is limited to the commission attributable to the refunded portion; it does not automatically invalidate other genuine top-ups or unrelated commissions.
5.3. If an affected commission has already been transferred or paid, ApiSeller may reconcile that amount against future commissions or seek a lawful recovery through an appropriate process. Valid earnings not connected to the affected transaction are not automatically forfeited.
5.4. A completed 30-day cash waiting period does not prevent later adjustments arising from a valid refund, payment dispute or other verified reversal.
Earnings Records & Review
6.1. The affiliate workspace displays available program information such as referral visits, sign-ups, paying referrals, commission earnings and payout requests. Tracking and accounting records maintained by ApiSeller are used to reconcile eligible transactions.
6.2. Figures may update after a processing delay, review or correction. Available affiliate earnings, commission history and cash-withdrawal eligibility are not necessarily the same measure.
6.3. Affiliates who believe a tracked referral, top-up or commission is incorrect may request an investigation through ApiSeller Support, with relevant dates and evidence. ApiSeller will review the concern and correct substantiated errors where appropriate.
Transfer to ApiSeller Balance
7.1. Affiliates may request that available commissions be converted into their ApiSeller account balance through the supported affiliate payout workflow, subject to applicable account checks.
7.2. The minimum transfer to panel balance is $10. No 2% cash-handling fee is applied to this transfer, and the 30-day cash withdrawal waiting period does not apply to a standard balance conversion.
7.3. Approved transferred amounts become ordinary ApiSeller panel balance, which can be spent on supported services under the website’s normal balance and service conditions. Panel balance is not automatically redeemable as cash merely because it originated from an affiliate transfer.
7.4. If an associated top-up is subsequently reversed or refunded, the applicable commission reconciliation rights described in Section 5 remain in effect. A transfer request or approval is not an exemption from valid corrections.
Cash Withdrawal Requirements
8.1. Minimum and approval
The minimum cash withdrawal request is $100, assessed before applicable handling and payment-channel deductions. A cash withdrawal requires prior approval from ApiSeller Support; the Affiliate should first open a support ticket for the specific request and follow the instructions provided. Submitting an ordinary panel request does not by itself guarantee an external cash payment.
8.2. Waiting period
Each commission component requested as cash must complete 30 calendar days from the underlying referred customer’s paid balance top-up date. The waiting period is calculated separately for each top-up, not from the date the Affiliate requests a payout. Starting a new request does not restart the waiting period for a commission that has already completed it.
Commissions subject to an unresolved refund, chargeback, security review or payment dispute can remain temporarily unavailable for cash withdrawal until the relevant issue is resolved. Unrelated valid commissions should be assessed separately where practicable.
8.3. Fees and processing
Cash withdrawals are subject to a 2% cash-handling fee, plus any applicable payment provider, transfer or network charges. The handling fee does not apply to conversion into ApiSeller balance. Payment method availability, verification requirements and processing timelines can vary; support will confirm the route and applicable fees before processing. No fixed cash delivery deadline is promised by these Terms.
Example: For a $100 cash withdrawal, the 2% handling fee is $2. Any additional payment-channel fee is deducted separately, so the amount received may be lower than $98. The $100 minimum applies to the requested withdrawal amount, before deductions.
Split Allocations & Payout Methods
9.1. Affiliates may choose to use some available commissions as panel balance and request the rest as cash, where the interface and supported workflow permit this. Each portion must separately satisfy its applicable requirements: $10 minimum for balance and $100 minimum for cash.
9.2. The cash portion remains subject to the 30-day waiting rule, prior support approval, a 2% cash-handling fee, and any additional payment-channel charges. The panel-balance portion has no cash-handling fee.
9.3. Currently described cash payout methods include Wise, PayPal, Binance, Cryptomus, Heleket and Volet. Availability depends on location, provider rules, compliance checks and supported routes. The list may change; support should confirm current availability before any payment is arranged.
9.4. External cash withdrawal rights concern valid affiliate earnings under these Terms; ordinary service balances, promotional funds and unrelated credits do not automatically inherit a cash withdrawal right.
Permitted Promotion & Disclosure
10.1. Affiliates may promote ApiSeller through their own websites, blogs, videos, social profiles, relevant communities, newsletters or other lawful and permission-based channels. Where suitable, Affiliates may use approved banners, text links or materials made available by ApiSeller, and may create original accurate content that follows these Terms.
10.2. Marketing must be truthful and must not promise specific follower growth, guaranteed outcomes, risk-free services, automatic payouts or guaranteed affiliate earnings. Affiliates must not suggest they are ApiSeller employees, official support agents or legally authorized representatives unless expressly authorized.
10.3. Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial/commission relationship wherever required by applicable advertising laws or platform rules. If the content is promotional, use a prominent, understandable identifier such as “Ad” or “Advertisement” in a context where the audience can see it before engaging with the promotional link.
10.4. Affiliates are responsible for respecting each publisher’s community rules, intellectual-property rights, consumer protection rules and applicable restrictions on advertising or social media promotion.
Paid Ads, PPC & Brand Protection
11.1. Pay-per-click (PPC) and other paid acquisition campaigns that promote the Program are prohibited unless ApiSeller gives prior written permission. This includes search advertising and other paid bidding arrangements within the scope of the permission.
11.2. In particular, bidding on ApiSeller, ApiSeller.com, confusing spelling variations, branded keywords, misleading coupon/discount combinations, or brand-search terms is prohibited without explicit written authorization.
11.3. Affiliates must not create domains, advertisements, landing pages, customer-service profiles or payment pages that impersonate ApiSeller or create confusion about official ownership. Any authorized paid campaign must follow the specific limits and creative requirements stated in the approval.
Coupons, Deals & Incentives
12.1. Affiliates may promote only genuine, currently valid offers that they are authorized to share. Promotional codes assigned to a specific partner may not be represented as generally available without permission.
12.2. Coupon or deal sites must not claim a discount, saving or special price that is unavailable, expired or unauthorized. Bidding on misleading phrases such as “ApiSeller Coupons” or “ApiSeller Discounts” is not permitted without written authorization.
12.3. Pop-ups, invisible iframes, forced redirects, hidden scripts, misleading click-to-reveal buttons or similar mechanisms must not set attribution or tracking identifiers without a genuine, informed user action and compliance with applicable tracking rules.
12.4. Affiliates may not offer unauthorized rebates, cashback, kickbacks or coupon incentives funded from their commission in a way that misrepresents an official ApiSeller offer. Any specially negotiated campaign or bonus requires written authorization.
Prohibited Activities & Fraud
The following conduct is prohibited, whether performed directly or indirectly:
- Self-referrals, referring accounts you own or control, or arranging artificial transactions to earn commission on your own deposits.
- Fake registrations, purchased sign-ups, account farms, bots, scripted or coordinated fake clicks, or manipulation of attribution and payment records.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive ads, phishing, malicious software, account takeover, or impersonation of third parties.
- Cookie stuffing, non-consensual tracking, forced clicks or redirects, hidden frames, or unauthorized access to user data.
- Unlawful advertising, infringement of trademarks or copyrights, misleading promotions or activities that violate another platform’s rules.
- Abuse of payment errors, reversals, promotional credits, refunds, chargebacks or technical defects to create commissions that were not genuinely earned.
13.1. Affiliates must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions by using another account, another person, a proxy or a related business.
Verification, Security & Investigations
14.1. ApiSeller may review referral attribution, suspicious payment patterns, account ownership and payout requests where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law or protect the Program.
14.2. Where needed, ApiSeller may ask for proportionate identity, contact or payment-recipient verification before processing a cash withdrawal or restoring a restricted program function.
14.3. Transactions under a substantiated concern may be placed on temporary review. Restrictions should, where practicable, be confined to the related transactions instead of unrelated valid commissions.
14.4. Affiliates must maintain control of their account, protect credentials, and promptly inform ApiSeller Support of suspected unauthorized access or payment misuse.
Suspension & Termination
15.1. A breach of these Terms may result in a proportionate action, including a warning, removal of misleading materials, temporary referral or payout review, cancellation of fraudulent commissions, suspension of Affiliate privileges, or termination for serious or repeated violations.
15.2. ApiSeller may also discontinue or restrict the Program for genuine operational, security, compliance or legal reasons, subject to applicable notice and mandatory law. Affiliate privileges may be restricted separately from general customer-account access.
15.3. When Affiliate participation ends, the ability to generate new commissions ends, including on later top-ups by previously referred customers, unless a specific surviving right is required by law or a separately agreed arrangement. Valid commissions already earned and not connected to a breach will be assessed under the applicable payout conditions rather than arbitrarily forfeited.
15.4. Affiliates may contact Support to request review of a material commission adjustment, suspension or termination decision.
Taxes & Independent Status
16.1. Each Affiliate is responsible for complying with tax reporting, invoices, registrations or other legal obligations applicable to their own commissions and location. ApiSeller remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.
16.2. No tax registration or invoice is an automatic precondition to joining the Program unless applicable law, payout method or a requested compliance check requires it.
16.3. Participation does not establish employment, a partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture or authority to bind ApiSeller. Affiliates manage their own promotional activities and associated expenses.
Privacy & Intellectual Property
17.1. ApiSeller may process account, referral, analytics, earnings and payout information to operate and protect the Program in accordance with its applicable privacy documentation and legal obligations.
17.2. Affiliates must lawfully handle any personal data they independently collect and respect applicable privacy, electronic marketing and tracking requirements. ApiSeller’s Program does not authorize scraping, unlawful profiling or third-party data harvesting.
17.3. ApiSeller’s name, logos, service descriptions, promotional assets and other intellectual property remain with their respective owners. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable permission to use approved Program materials solely for lawful Program promotion, subject to any stated brand requirements.
17.4. Upon a reasonable request or after Program termination, an Affiliate must discontinue unauthorized brand use or misleading representations of an ongoing relationship.
Changes, Liability & Support
18.1. Changes and availability
ApiSeller may change future commission rates, payout methods, minimum thresholds, technical processes or these Terms where appropriate for operating the Program. Material updates should be communicated through reasonable channels. Changes do not arbitrarily extinguish commissions lawfully earned before their effective date. Continued participation after an appropriately communicated update indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
18.2. Service reliability and limits
ApiSeller works to maintain reasonable Affiliate tracking and reporting, but does not promise uninterrupted service or guaranteed referral conversions, registrations, earnings or payment times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from ordinary technical interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes remedies for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.
18.3. Responsibility for promotions
Affiliates are responsible for losses or lawful third-party claims caused by their own unlawful promotions, deliberate misconduct, infringement or material misrepresentations, to the extent established under applicable law. No provision creates an unlimited waiver of rights or remedies that law protects.
18.4. Disputes, contact and electronic acceptance
Questions about referrals, commissions, cash approval, account restrictions or suspected errors should first be submitted through ApiSeller Support. The parties may seek to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing available legal remedies. Mandatory law determines rights and competent courts where no separate valid forum agreement applies.
This page describes the conditions under which electronic participation and acceptance are recorded. It does not require ShareASale enrollment or an external third-party affiliate platform. Electronic acceptance and records have the effect given by applicable law.
